Caesar Dressing

8 Anchovy Fillets
1 1/4 TSPN Minced Garlic
7 1/2 TSPN Lemon Juice
5 1/4 TSPN Dijon Mustard
7 TBLSPN Red Wine Vinegar
1 2/3 Cups Olive Oil
2/3 Cup Salad Oil
2/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese
2 1/2 TSPN Black Pepper
1/4 TSPN Worcestershire
3/4 Kosher Salt

STEP 1: Rinse & Drain anchovy fillets. Chop anchovy fillets and place in blender or Cuisinart
STEP 2: Combine remaining ingredients in blender and blend for 3 minutes
STEP 3: Before serving stir dressing well. NOTE: This dressing will always separate (Makes 4 Cups)
