1 Cup Olive Oil 1 TBLSPN + 1 TSPN Thyme Leaves
3/4 Cup Clarified Butter 1 TBLSPN + 1 TSPN Granulated Garlic
1/2 Cup Liquid Brown Sugar 1 TBLSPN + 1 TSPN Salt
2 TBLSPNS. Worcestershire 1 TBLSPN + 1 TSPN Pepper
3 Each Bay Leaves 2 TSPNS Cayenne Pepper
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice 1 TSPN Ground Rosemary
1/2 Cup + 2 TBLSPNS Vermouth 1 1/2 TSPNS Tabasco Sauce
1 TBLSPN + 1 TSPN Oregano Leaves 3/4 TSPN Poultry Seasoning

To Prepare Shrimp: Peel large Shrimp (6 Per Person) and place in a metal or broiled sate pan. Pour sauce over shrimp(3 oz Per Person). Place shrimp under direct broiler heat in your oven 5-7 minutes.
